Refund & Return Policy
All LMC decals are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, design selection, change of mind, or other customer ordering errors.
Please carefully review your design, color, measurements, and size before placing your order. If you're unsure about sizing or whether a decal will work for your application, please contact us at lostmindcustoms@gmail.com before ordering.
Installation Damage
LMC decals are designed for DIY installation. Once a decal has been installed, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or replacement requests for damage caused during installation, including lifting, tearing, creasing, stretching, improper application, or incorrect removal.
Please follow the installation instructions provided with your order. If you're new to vinyl installation, we recommend using the wet application method, which allows for easier repositioning.
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at lostmindcustoms@gmail.com.
Please provide photos of:
- The shipping label
- The damaged packaging
- The damaged product
This allows us to properly document the damage and determine the best resolution.
Incorrect or Defective Orders
If you receive the wrong product or believe your decal has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at lostmindcustoms@gmail.com with photos of the product and shipping label.
Manufacturing defects and errors made by LMC will be reviewed case by case. If we determine that the issue was caused by LMC, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Pre-Existing Surface Damage
LMC is not responsible for damage to vehicle paint, clear coat, glass, or other surfaces that were already damaged, peeling, oxidized, deteriorated, or improperly maintained before decal application.
Never use a razor blade or other sharp object to remove a decal, as doing so can damage your vehicle's surface. LMC is not responsible for damage caused by improper application or removal.
